kkfbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kkfbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at kkfbd.io and all associated products, services, and features, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant-win games, and account management services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the kkfbd platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kkfbd platform. kkfbd reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the Services at its absolute discretion.

To register a player account and use the kkfbd Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. kkfbd operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• Residency: You must be a resident or citizen of Bangladesh. kkfbd is operated specifically for the Bangladeshi market and is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through kkfbd or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. kkfbd will conduct identity verification (KYC) checks and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

Registration is limited to one (1) account per individual player, per household, per device, and per IP address. kkfbd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to recover any funds obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

Once your kkfbd account has been successfully registered and verified, you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not such activities were authorised by you.

• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kkfbd support immediately at [email protected]. kkfbd cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): kkfbd may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Account Currency: All kkfbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkfbd does not maintain accounts in any foreign currency.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kkfbd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its operational policies.

Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to a third party is prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination of the account.

kkfbd processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (where applicable)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at kkfbd is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly for mobile wallet methods. kkfbd does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. kkfbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

kkfbd reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such verification. All transactions are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, and suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

kkfbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier for each specific bonus is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kkfbd reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on a player account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• No Bonus Stacking: Players may not combine two or more bonus offers unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly permit this. Attempting to stack bonuses constitutes an abuse of kkfbd's promotional system.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, individual bets may be subject to a maximum stake limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and/or the associated winnings.

kkfbd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

All bets placed on the kkfbd platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that product.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, kkfbd's decision as to the outcome and the settlement of all bets is final.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. kkfbd reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed within each product interface and may be adjusted by kkfbd at any time.
• Void Bets: kkfbd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, due to a technical malfunction, as a result of an obvious pricing error, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Casino Games: All casino games available on the kkfbd platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and verifiable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as set by the respective game provider.
• Live Casino: Live casino tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the applicable provider rules and are displayed within the game interface.

kkfbd is not responsible for technical failures originating from a player's device, internet connection, or local network infrastructure. Bets that cannot be confirmed due to a player-side connection failure will be treated in accordance with our standard technical failure policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfbd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all related funds forfeited, pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one player account on the kkfbd platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with, scrape, or exploit the platform or its games
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live blackjack, or any other card game
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or by systematic play
• Using the kkfbd platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that violates applicable law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkfbd staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or distribute any part of the kkfbd platform's software or content

kkfbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in all applicable jurisdictions. Where criminal conduct is suspected, kkfbd will report such activity without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the kkfbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of kkfbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkfbd platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the kkfbd platform for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform's content
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools on the platform
• Frame or embed the kkfbd platform or any part of it within another website or application without express written permission

Any unauthorised use of kkfbd's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and may result in legal action.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of its services
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data, odds, or game results resulting from third-party data feeds or software providers
• Financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform, beyond the amounts actually deposited by you
• Technical failures originating from your device, browser, or internet service provider

kkfbd's total liability to any player, in connection with any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kkfbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour directed at kkfbd staff or other players
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or other payment irregularities initiated by the player

Upon account termination, kkfbd will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, provided that the termination is not the result of fraud, criminal conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Balances associated with accounts terminated for such reasons may be permanently forfeited.

Your continued use of the kkfbd platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kkfbd operates its services specifically for the Bangladesh market and is committed to compliance with applicable legal frameworks in its operating jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising between a player and kkfbd shall first be referred to kkfbd's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. kkfbd will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
